and asbestos roof.

Work completed as follows:

Strip out entire existing house;
Remove all internal walls, floors and ceiling;
Remove all existing timber windows;
Hand excavate at rear of house and build new large stairwell jackhammered out of rock;
Build double garage with access stairs to house;
Enlarge pool area with access stairs to house;
Outside finish stucco render;
Aluminium windows and doors;
Sandstone tiles;
Floating timber floors over concrete.

Approximate cost of job including PC items and GST $610,000

Building duration – 10 months
