Refurbish existing 1970's house

Work completed as follows:

Totally demolish what is left of existing house,
Build new structure to match in with previous construction completed in 1996, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, TV room, guest bedroom, living and lounge room, entry foyer.
Timber construction with blueboard cladding,
Colour bond roofing by Australian Metal Roofing,
Cedar windows and doors by Scartop Joinery.

Approximate cost of job including PC items and GST $420,000

Building duration – 8 months

Special features pertaining to job
Access extremely difficult as only by inclinator,
No storage for materials,
Narrow street with limited access,
Clients' remained in occupation during construction therefore had to keep property watertight.
