Refurbish of an original over 100 years old house

Work completed as follows:

remove all existing landscape structures
remove existing Pool
renew all drainage , sewer and stormwater
build new rainwater tanks under garage
excavate for new gym under house
remove all previous additions and renovations leaving only the
orignial structure remaining
add new north, south and west additions to match in with
original structure and era
build new attic in existing roof space
new Welch slate roofs to match existing
recycled Kauri floors to match existing
new pool
new garage
all structural landscape sandstone walls
repaint entire house

Approximate cost of project including PC items and GST - $3 million
